BoCo Yoga and Pilates was founded in 2005 with the aim of providing expert yoga and pilates teaching in a serene and peaceful environment.  Our second studio, in Surbiton, opened in January 2010. Our two dedicated studios offer you:

• Choose a class at the level of experience, pace and teaching style that suits you
• small classes - maximum of 10 in Hinchley Wood and 14 in Surbiton
• individual attention
• expert and enthusiastic teachers
• understanding and guidance to help you progress at your own pace

Beginners are welcome. Classes range from beginner level to power yoga and fast pilates classes, to help you keep fit and develop your practice.  We do not use cover teachers we do not know, to maintain a consistently high teaching standard.

We also run a range of weekend workshops which give you time to develop aspects of your practice in more depth. We are happy to arrange special classes or workshops for groups on request.
