Movement to Music/Exercise Diploma, New York City Ballet certified. Aerobic Dance Instructors course Nov 1995. Sonia Forde. After benefiting from Pilates in terms of her own physical and mental well being, Sonia undertook a year's Pilates matwork teacher training course with the Pilates Foundation UK Ltd. She completed a further year's training course in Pilates apparatus and now teaches all aspects of Pilates in London and Surrey. Lisa Clayton-Mitchell. Pilates.
