Nuala has been in private practice since 2005 after graduating from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture. She works closely with patients to achieve better health and balance on all levels. She works on the root of your problem rather than just the symptom presented to promote health and wellbeing. She is fully accredited and a member of the British Acupuncture Counciland has completed post graduate studies in, amongst other things, Facial Acupuncture and Shonishin Japanese Acupuncture for Children, and has treated patients with drug and alcohol problems at rehabilitation centres in London. Shonishin Acupuncture is a specialised treatment for babies and children using non inserted techniques such as rubbing, tapping and pressing the skin to give gentle stimulation.

Anna is a fully licensed traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, passionate about her job which has become a way of life.
She started her education in Russia, where she got her first medical degree and has been certified as a neurologist.
During her work as a doctor she noticed that patients who chose acupuncture as an additional method for rehabilitation recovered faster. To treat her patients with greater success she took a course and obtained a diploma in acupuncture at the university and continued working as a neurologist and acupuncture practitioner in the hospital.
Anna moved to London and became part of the Acupuncture Society. Since then she has been helping people with effective treatments against various diseases.
Anna follows a holistic approach and treats not a specific disease but the person as whole. However, Anna's main areas of interest include treating neurological problems with TCM and lately she expanded her interests to the field of treating infertility with acupuncture. She is also passionate about diminishing signs of aging and does facial rejuvenation acupuncture as well as helping people with healthy weight loss.
All her treatments adhere to the highest standards of safety and competency.

CranioSacral Therapy - a complementary method of hands-on body work using a light touch treatment technique which works with the body’s craniosacral system.
This technique supports and nourishes the central nervous system – improving overall health and well-being.
It helps to alleviate the aches, pains, and strains of life; improves coping mechanisms to allow for better management of stress and improves the body’s ability to self-care.
CranioSacral Therapy is safe for all ages.
Thespina, sees herself as a therapeutic facilitator and uses both Yoga and CranioSacral therapy to facilitate the wellbeing of her clients.
She has experience working with all ages from new-borns to octogenarians. She started teaching Yoga in 1982 and has been offering CranioSacral Therapy sessions since 2003.
