We have a wide choice of classes so that you will be able to fit at least one a week into your schedule.

You can start from 12 weeks of pregnancy and continue to your due date.

Making time for yourself during pregnancy is so valuable. Join us for Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates classes to keep fit and work on suppleness while preparing for the arrival of your little one.

  • Specifically designed to maintain your strength and posture and prepare for labour. 

  • Attend Yoga or Pilates or both! Whatever suits you. We recommend you try both before deciding.

  • Flexible and regular bookings available (see our price list for more information)

  • Any classes unused for pregnancy classes can be converted to post-natal classes (t&c’s apply)

Bring your baby to our
Post-natal Courses

Book your place once you’ve had the go-ahead from your GP and baby is at least 6 weeks old. Most importantly, this is when you are feeling ready to start exercising again.

Our Post-natal Pilates and Yoga courses will help you to strengthen and start to tone your body, while boosting your energy levels.
Bring your baby to our relaxed PN classes where changing and feeding facilities are available.

  • Classes are run as six week courses. We can arrange a drop-in session if requested.
