If you haven’t been for a while (or for ages!), we may have taken you off our mailing list but you are a member for as long as you and BoCo are here! To book, all you need to do is email us with the class you want to attend or for the links to come to classes online.

New to BoCo?

For General or Pregnancy Classes, it is £20 for our 2 week taster offer of 2 classes.
For
Post-Natal and Mum & Baby Sessions, there is a £10 discount* off the first 6 week course.

  • Choose in-person or online as it suits you. You can use the same class or try different teachers as well as both Yoga and Pilates.

  • Have a look at our timetable (link in the header) and you can decide which class or classes you want to try out first. Email us if you want advice on the best class for you. If you are nervous or have concerns about joining classes, we can arrange a free15 minute chat in person or on Zoom to help get you started in the best way.

  • It is super easy to book. Email us at bookings@boco-uk.com with the classes you want to try out returning the relevant registration forms and we’ll confirm a space or send you the online links


General Classes

  • Click on the Registration Form to open our word document and enable editing.

  • Complete it on screen - no need need for signature if returning by email.

  • Attach form to email giving us details of the classes you want to book

  • We’ll reply with confirmation of studio space or link. .

  • Coming in person? All you need to bring is your own mat if you have one and wear comfy clothing. We can lend you a mat, if you don’t yet have your own.

  • If you are coming online, make your space at home as comfortable as you can and if your first class with a teacher, sign in a few minutes before the class for a chat/update and for what props you might need.

  • Scroll to the end of the page for details on how to pay for taster sessions. It is £20 for 2 classes within 2 weeks - in-person or online.


Pregnancy Classes

  • Suitable from 12 weeks. 2 Forms please - click on the the links to open our Registration & Pregnancy form and enable editing. (only pregnancy form needed if you are already a member)

  • Complete each on screen - no need for signature if returning by email.

  • Save & attach form to email giving us details of the classes you want to book.

  • For in-person classes, we’ll reply with confirmation of studio space. Please bring your own mat.

  • For online classes, we will send you the links. Make your space at home as comfortable as possible :).

Post-Natal Sessions

  • Suitable from 6 weeks post-partum. The 6-week courses are run in our baby friendly studio. We have options for making up sessions if you miss a class. Mum & baby Yoga is for both of you and Post-natal Pilates focuses just on you - babies are usually very quick to adapt to watching/playing/sleeping :).

  • Save & attach form to email confirming the course you want to book.

  • We’ll reply with confirmation of space.

  • Please bring your own mat and a blanket for baby. You can come online if needed.

  • It is £72 for the first course as non-member. *The £10 discount is on standard rate. Do email with any queries.


How to pay

  • We prefer payment via online banking if possible. If you prefer to pay by card or cash, just let us know.
