Yoga Teacher, Studio Manager

Maya Patwa

Maya embraces the many styles of Yoga in her teaching. Her classes are varied, insightful and will help you to discover the ‘effortless effort’ so valuable with your practice. Discover all that you never knew that your body could do.

She qualified with The Friends of Yoga in 1996 learning from a teacher who had deep Iyengar influence. This created a love for precision in the postures. If you ask her what style she teaches now, she’ll reply that she is an ‘Embracist Yogi’ as she feels there is intrinsic value within every style.

Yoga Teacher

Sue Turner

Sue began her yoga journey after serious illness made her re-evaluate her lifestyle and find ways to help reduce the stress in her life. She found the therapeutic effects of yoga taught to her over many years by her teacher and mentor Colin Victor-Dunsmuir in the classical T. Krishnamacharya tradition extremely beneficial in helping to cope with the challenging demands of daily living. This approach led her to want to learn more about yoga and she undertook a foundation course under the tutelage of Colin, continuing thereafter with a 4-year teacher training course. She is certified by both the British Wheel of Yoga and The Society of Yoga Practitioners and is also registered with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

She teaches vinyasa flow style classes with the aim of improving overall health and wellbeing on every domain using the many tools that yoga has to offer.

Yoga Teacher

Aude Romanet-Campana

Aude has been teaching since 2016 and guides the flow classes on Wednesday evenings (7:45pm) and Sunday mornings (9:30am).

Join her for a fun and fiery class!

Holly Hood.jpg

Yoga Teacher

Holly Hood

Holly first found yoga as a teenager and was impressed with how the practice challenged her physically and mentally. She dabbled here and there in different styles of yoga over the years, but it was starting a meditation practice in 2013 that guided Holly to fall deeply in love with yoga.

She finished studying for her initial 200hr teacher training, and pre and post natal yoga with Yoga London in 2015. She has since studied with Katy Appleton (Vinyasa Krama), Norman Blair (Yin Yoga) and Nikki Slade (Kirtan - chanting). A major influence in Holly's practice are her two young sons, Thomas, 4 and Finn, 1 whom she counts among her most influential teachers!

Holly has taught at BoCo since 2015, but left the area in 2019 for Hampshire. She is taking a break from regularly scheduled face to face classes, but teaches on a Monday evening at BoCo online, and is available for private classes.
