Vera provides relational therapy with a focus on the integration of our bodily, emotional and thought-based processes. What does this mean in practice? It means that, without us being aware, some experiences can create a deep-seated imprint on our psyche that come with their own legacy. Counselling which pays attention to all three spheres (physical, emotional and cognitive levels of being) can therefore substantially support us in moving forward and fostering resilience and inner balance.

Vera has worked for both the NHS and the private sector providing counselling for a range of symptoms and mental health matters (e.g. depression, relationship problems, and anxiety). She is a Level 2 Sensorimotor Psychotherapy practitioner and qualified, BACP registered, integrative counsellor.

In addition to this, she has specialised in providing therapy for the mental health impacts of complex trauma, sudden loss, and our relationship to chronic and rare health conditions.
