After graduating from St. Mary’s University in sport rehabilitation in 2007 Aga Waszkielis has worked in private clinics across London, a GP surgery, at the Ministry of Defence at Headley Court (a rehabilitation centre for injured members of the British Armed Forces), as well as on major sports events such as the London Marathon and Ladies European Golf Tour.
She specialises in treating musculoskeletal injuries focusing on the root cause of the pain not just the symptoms, enabling her clients to reach their maximum potential and teaching them how to prevent further injury. She later trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) to teach pilates for ante-natal, post-natal and general pilates classes.

Daniela is a Shiatsu and Sei-Ki (a body art therapy developed out of Shiatsu) practitioner and teacher. She graduated from the Shiatsu College London in 2017. Having finished her Shiatsu teacher training in 2022 she is now teaching at Shiatsu College London and Hastings. 

Shiatsu is a gentle yet powerful form of body work that originated in Japan and is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its name means ‘finger pressure’ in Japanese, and shiatsu uses finger and palm pressure, stretches and joint rotations to release tension and rebalance your body, bringing it into flow and promoting its own healing abilities. As shiatsu is a holistic practice, focusing on the connection between mind, body and soul, it helps to promote physical, emotional and psychological healing. 

People come to Shiatsu for lots of different conditions, including: anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, muscle tension, stiff joints, sciatica, menstrual cycle irregularities, PMS, menopausal symptoms, general feelings of overwhelm or being somehow 'out of place'.  Why not try it for yourself!

Anjana is a fully qualified massage therapist offering Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and pregnancy massage. She is passionate about the deeply restorative and energising effects of massage therapy, and keen to support her clients in their journey to maintain good health. Her massage treatments are tailored for each individual to address their well-being needs.

Anjana is also a devoted practitioner of yoga and tai chi. She is a qualified Hatha yoga and pregnancy yoga teacher in practice for more than 10 years, during which time she delighted in supporting many women through their pregnancy. For the pregnant woman, massage is deeply nurturing, relieving physical discomforts, soothing the emotions, and providing much-needed rest.

The Energy Alignment Method (EAM) is a blend of kinesiology, neuroscientific research, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Positive Psychology and Eastern practice. Chrissie offers a range of therapies to choose from. She has been a fully qualified massage therapist for fifteen years. She offers full body massage, hand arm and foot massage and short and long sessions of massage depending on the need of her clients. Indian head Massage is one of her most interesting therapies and is a complete de-stress for anyone of any age.

Chrissie also teaches meditation, one to one and in small groups. She has studied meditation for thirty years. This involves breathing practices and heart centred focused meditation.

She also runs reflexology training workshops. She trained in London with the Bayly School of Reflexology in 2004, is a member of the British Reflexology Association (BRA) and the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has worked with many individuals and families over the years advising on wellbeing.
Clare is highly experienced in helping individuals to manage stress and embrace techniques such as mediation and other self help practises. Through coaching she empowers individuals to build awareness and identify ways of thinking or adapting beliefs to create a more positive outlook. Coaching can support many different challenges and when combined with Reflexology can make a long lasting and positive impact on a person’s life.
