Where we are

The physical studio is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the high street, at the bottom end of Victoria Road. You’ll find us a stone’s throw away from the T-junction with Brighton Road with many other of Surbiton’s independent businesses as our neighbours. Walk from Excellar to the pedestrian crossing by Sage’s Health Shop and as you walk towards the park, you’ll find us tucked around the corner where Electric Parade meets Victoria Avenue.

We like to think our virtual studio is much the same! We will email you the links of classes you want to come to. As you click into a BoCo class, the invitation is to leave behind the hustle and bustle of your day and arrive into the quiet space of 'me-time'. The practice of Yoga/Pilates - the movements and breath - connects us to our relationship of caring. We can put our own oxygen mask on first and then be more available for others in our life.
