Choose a class at the level of experience, pace and teaching style that suits you. Classes run all year round - you can start at any time. 

Gentle Pilates: learn the basics while strengthening and toning your body. A starter class helping you to improve your core stability and address any injuries. 

Enjoying Pilates: develop core strength and good posture. For those with some experience as well as beginners with no injuries - the basics plus the next steps. 

Active Pilates: a fast-paced and active class to help toned the body and improve flexible. Fitness in a fun and friendly class.

All Pilates classes are Mat classes and we use the small Pilates props like resistance bands and weighted or spikey balls.
